What payment methods do you accept?
Payments via the shopping cart include:

What currency do you accept?
Currently all payments are processed in AUD (Australian Dollars).
Do you have a Brick and Mortar Store I can visit?
Unfortunately not at this stage. Currently we are an online only store.
Do you offer Local Pick-up?
Unfortunately local pickup is not available.
Postage Rates - Australia?
Flat rate Australia wide of $12.95. All parcels will be sent via Auspost express service.
Envelope postage is not available as all payment methods require tracking for order postage validation.
Please note that we are not in the express network for Auspost so cannot guarantee next day delivery.
Postage Rates - International?
Currently we are not shipping out side of Australia
Can I combine or add to my order?
We are trying to keep our orders processed in a timely manner so this option is not available.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been placed.
We do ask that you take care in making your purchase to avoid any errors.
Do you offer Wholesale Pricing?
Currently we don't.
Will I get my fabric in the full length I ordered?
1 unit is 50cms. When multiple units are purchased, we make every effort to leave the fabric in its full length.
For example 3 units = 1.5mtrs and will come in a 1.5mtr length.
If we are unable to do so, we will make contact to see what works best for your project in mind.
If I send an email, when will you respond?
We endeavour to answer all emails within 24/48 hours, depending on the day the email is sent as we do not check emails on weekends.
Refunds / Faulty Fabric
In compliance with the Australian consumer laws, if you change your mind, cut fabric will not be refunded so choose carefully.
If you find a fault/flaw that was not detected before shipping (though we make every effort to do so), please contact us within 14 days or receipt of fabric to make arrangements to meet your needs.
Any issued refunds will be made back via the original payment method.
Order Corrections
Sometimes a supply issue can occur and we are unable to supply the fabric you ordered.
If this happens we will make contact to rectify the issue with and exchange or refund, whichever you prefer.
Please make sure your email address is correct in your customer account as this is the one we will use to make contact if needed.
Photos and Images
All photos and images on this website are representations of the product being sold.
Colours may vary slightly depending on the individual settings of a monitor or screen.
While every effort is made to keep images accurate they can not be guaranteed.
All images/photos are the property of Fabric Trove and may not be used without permission for any reason.
Copyright of original artwork remains with the original artist and has not been transferred to Fabric Trove, we have just purchased the rights to use their artwork in our designs.
When designing our 'exclusive' custom prints we make every effort to be original.
Any similarity to another fabric group that has purchased the same artwork from the same artist is purely coincidental.
Digital Printed Fabric
We digital print many of our own designs and stock images here at Fabric Trove.
Due to the nature of digital printing we are unable to guarantee the exact same colour match with each printing of the same design.
Each print could be slightly brighter or slightly duller than the previous. If you have a particular project in mind, it is advised that you purchase what you need at the same time so all the fabric is the same.
With regards to 'Glitter' or Metallic' in our digital print designs, please note that it is only printed and not real glitter or metallic ink.
The nature of digital printing does not allow for this. All details on any of the fabric designs are printed only.
