Fabric Trove aims to give all customers 100% satisfaction. Please read through our terms and conditions before purchasing products from this website.
By placing an order with us you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below. These Terms and Conditions will be updated on a regular basis to keep in compliance with Australian consumer laws as they change. If you have any concerns or questions, feel free to contact us.
Every effort is made to pack and wrap your parcels securely and leave our premises accordingly. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by Auspost or 3rd party delivery services for our international customers.
We post out all orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please allow upto 48 hours for your order to be processed before posting. When Express satchels are used for Australian customers, we are not within the Auspost network and cannot guarantee next day delivery, though the postal time is only a few days depending on your location.
All fabrics are priced in 50cm increments. All prices are set to a default of Australian Dollars (AUD). Exchange rates for international orders are set by the provider of your chosen payment option.
Sometimes a supply issue will occur and we are unable to deliver a fabric/item you have ordered, either by stock quantity error in the shop, pre-order design misprint or pre-order undersupply. If this happens we will send an email to your address supplied in your user account asking what you would like us to do, refund or exchange. In the event we do not hear from you within 48 hours we will default to a refund and post any or all remaining items in that given order. Please make sure your email address is up-to-date at all times as it is our main mode of order contact.
If you have any other questions or concerns please e-mail us and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We endeavor to answer all e-mails within 24-36 hours. If you have not received a reply from us within that time, please consider re-submitting your query.

1 unit is 50cms. When multiple units are purchased, we make every effort to leave the fabric in its full length.
For example 3 units = 1.5mtrs and will come in a 1.5mtr length.
If you have specific needs for you project, please contact us before ordering to check we can accommodate your request. If no special request has been made and it is not possible to provide you with the full length, we will make every effort to contact you to find out what will work best for your project in mind. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours we will send what we have available.

All photos and images on this website are representations of the product being sold. Colours may vary slightly depending on the individual settings of a monitor or screen. While every effort is made to keep images accurate they can not be guaranteed.
All images/photos are the property of Fabric Trove and may not be used without permission for any reason. Copyright of original artwork remains with the original artist and has not been transferred to Fabric Trove, we have just purchased the rights to use their artwork in our designs.
When designing our 'exclusive' custom prints we make every effort to be original. Any similarity to another fabric group that has purchased the same artwork from the same artist is purely coincidental.
In compliance with the Australian Consumer laws, if you change your mind, cut fabric cannot be refunded so please choose carefully.
If you find a fault/flaw that was not detected before shipping (though we make every effort to do so), please contact us to make arrangements to meet your needs. We will offer a partial or full refund depending on the problem via the original payment method used for your affected order.
Purchasing fabric before it is in-stock is regarded as a pre-order. Please note that pre-order due dates are a guide only and cannot be guaranteed.
While we make every effort to keep to these dates, sometimes suppliers/couriers do not, and it is then out of our control. If there is a problem with a pre-order fabric and its due date is over 2 weeks past what was estimated, we will make contact with you and find out your needs regarding the pre-order products.
If you make a purchase that contains in-stock products and pre-order products, your order will be held until the pre-order products arrive so they can be shipped together. If you wish to have the in-stock products shipped separately either make separate orders via the shopping cart or additional postage can be paid for to have in-stock fabric posted.
As soon as these pre-order fabrics are in stock, your order will be cut and shipped via your chosen postage option as soon as possible.
